If you have low back pain, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. However, here are three exercises that may help alleviate low back pain:

#1–Bird Dog: The Bird Dog is a core exercise that strengthens your lower back and abdominal muscles. Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Lift one arm and the opposite leg at the same time, keeping your back straight and your hips level. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
#2–>Cat-Cow: The Cat-Cow stretch is a gentle exercise that can help relieve tension in your low back. Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Inhale as you arch your back and lift your head, then exhale as you round your spine and tuck your chin into your chest. Repeat for several breaths.
#3–>Glute Bridge: The Glute Bridge is a simple exercise that can help strengthen your glutes and core muscles, which can in turn help alleviate low back pain. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Press your heels into the floor and lift your hips up toward the ceiling, squeezing your glutes and engaging your core. Hold for a few seconds, then lower back down and repeat.
Remember to start with light or no weight and focus on proper form. If any exercise causes pain, stop immediately and consult with a healthcare professional.
