Relieve Sciatic Nerve Pain

    3. Stretching: Gentle stretching can help relieve tension in the muscles that may be compressing the sciatic nerve. Some effective stretches for sciatica include knee-to-chest stretches, seated spinal twists, and hamstring stretches.

 

4.  Chiropractic Care: Realigning the spine can help relieve muscle tension and improve circulation to the affected area, which can help reduce pain.
